Mr. Hisham Talaat Moustafa

Chairman

The founder of TMG Holding company, and the youngest son of the Group’s founder Eng. Talaat Mostafa, throughout his leadership of TMG’s real estate businesses, the group has established all its developments in both the real estate and tourism investment markets, Mr. Hisham holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce, Alexandria University.

Eng. Ahmed Talaat Moustafa

Chief Executive Officer

Ahmed Talaat is the founder and current Chief Executive Officer of Atrium Quality Contractors. Mr. Talaat has held the CEO position since Atrium’s inception in 2011 leading the company through different stages of development including its 2017 acquisition by Talaat Moustafa Group Holding Company- Egypt’s largest property developer. Mr. Talaat holds a bachelors of science degree in civil and environmental engineering with the highest honors from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Dr. Hani Sarie El Din

Dr. Hani Sarie El Din is a prominent legal practitioner in Egypt and the Middle East with over 25 years of experience in corporate, banking, and capital market. In addition to his private professional career, Dr. Sarie El Din has served in executive and non – executive public positions including, Chairman of Capital Market Authority, Board Member of the Central Bank of Egypt, General Authority for Investment, and the first official US – Egyptian Fund to promote investment in Egypt. Dr. Sarie El Din holds a Ph.D. in International Business Law from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London in 1995.

Mr. Jehad M. Al-Sawaftah

Board Member

Mr. Al-Sawaftah joined Talaat Mostafa Group (TMG) in 2004; currently he serves as Vice – President Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Al-Sawaftah holds a Bachelor of Administration Sciences in Finance & Banking Sciences with a minor in Accounting from Yarmouk University, Jordan. Prior to Joining TMG, Mr. Al-Sawaftah worked with HRH Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and served, among other positions, as Group Financial Controller of Kingdom Hotel Investment Group (KHI) and as Chief Financial Officer of Kingdom Planet Hollywood (KPH) .
